Terms and Conditions

1. A credit card guarantee is required for all reservations. Your credit card will not be charged unless you do not show up for your reservation or do not cancel your reservation at least 48 hours in advance.
2. Full prepayment may be required during festive periods and special events. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your reservation to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice. Refunds will be issued directly to the credit card used to secure the reservation. This process will take 7 to 14 days, depending on the card issuing bank.
3. Tables will be held for 15 minutes after which you will be considered a no-show and charges will apply. If you are running late for your reservation, please give us a call at 013-235 0542.
4. Our no-show and cancellation fees are as follows:

  • Lunch: RM50 per person
  • High Tea: RM150 per person
  • Dinner: RM100 per person
